"I did not plan to buy a Toyota Avalon Hybrid but I knew I wanted an environmentally friendlier car and electric vehicles are still to difficult to charge. Leaning toward the Kia Sonata I thought I would test the Camry, which was way too small. Then the salesman said why don't you try the Avalon? I thought to myself "do I look like a 60 year old grandpa"? But I agreed.Man, I thought I was in a Lexus. Just gorgeous styling inside and out. In fact when I park next to a 300 HS Lexus you cannot tell the cars apart. I am sure you get more upgrades for the money but honestly I can't think of anything I am missing with this car.Love the front and back seat warmers/coolers, the sun roof, electronic everything, auto lights and high beams, door locks, seat memory, multiple USB outlets, etc.Although the charging pad doesn't work. Everything else does - and while I don't get 40 MPG I average 38 so as nice as this car is and the way I drive it, I have no complaints. Plus, the maintenance is way less than my Volvo, BMW, or most of my other cars. This one is a keeper."
