Clunks under car
When ever i go on the gas in a faster than normal time i hear a clunk under my car like i had hit something but yet theres nothing to hit.... Can it be my u joint or what can it be...

Replaced opti spark ,coil.plug wires,plugs car acts like it has a dead cylinder and no power
Have tried almost everything to find problem it appears that one cylinder is missing under a load ,in neutral runs fine with an intermiten skip.
