Question: EGR valve issue
My car is throwing a code for an EGR valve, so I bought a new one and replaced the old one.
1. There was creamy orange-ish/tan gunk in the old EGR valve. I have no idea what that could be.
2. The car is still showing the same EGR valve code even after installing the new EGR valve. (I did disconnect the battery while removing and replacing the EGR valve and the car has been driven more than 2 miles since the change.)
