Question: coolant leak
Hi and thanks,
gmc van had small coolant leak,found it leaking from the weep hole on the water pump.replaced it and the lower hose and everything seemed fine.now in the last week it has,after driving, randomly dumped antifreeze from a small amount to 1 gallon.only place i see antifreeze is around lower radiator hose,but it is on and tight.replaced the cap on the radiator,drove 3 days then another leak.the only time it gets hot,almost to the red is when there is a big dump.Rented a pressure tester and it held pressure.
Any one have an idea?
